ChartPilot Terms of Service
**Effective: 4 August 2026**
ChartPilot is operated by FORGE WEALTH GROUP LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street,
Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ ("we"). By installing or
using ChartPilot you agree to these terms.
## What ChartPilot is
ChartPilot is a Chrome extension that adds discipline guardrails and an
automatic trade journal on top of the TopstepX platform. It reads the
page and draws over it. **ChartPilot never places, modifies, or cancels
orders.** All order entry is done by you, on the platform.
## Not affiliated with any trading platform you can use us on
ChartPilot is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated
with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading platform or propfirm
## Not financial advice
ChartPilot does not provide trading signals, recommendations, or
financial advice. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You
are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with
the rules of your trading platform and funding program.
## Subscription
ChartPilot offers a free trial, then a paid subscription billed monthly
through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access
continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right
to cancel a new subscription. By starting the paid service during that
period you agree that we supply it immediately and that you pay for the
period used before cancelling.
## No guarantees
ChartPilot is provided "as is". Guardrails are a speed bump, not a
guarantee the platform can change at any time, and features may stop
working, misread the page, or be unavailable. We are not liable for
trading losses, missed trades, blocked trades, or platform issues, to
the maximum extent permitted by law.
## Your data
How we handle data is described in the [Privacy Policy](privacy-policy.md).
## Termination
We may suspend or end access for abuse of the service. You can stop
using ChartPilot at any time by uninstalling it.
## Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
