We recognise that circumstances may arise where a cancellation or refund is requested. This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are considered. By purchasing any Forge Wealth Group trading course, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies to all trading course offerings provided by Forge Wealth Group, including digital course materials, live or recorded sessions, webinars, educational resources, and any included community access.

2. Cancellation & Refund Window (14 Days from Purchase)

14-Day Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase (“Refund Window”), provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, as recorded by our learning platform.

Goodwill (Cohort Not Started): In some cases, if the cohort has not started by the end of the Refund Window and content access is minimal, we may consider a refund as a gesture of goodwill up to the cohort start date. After the cohort starts, any refund request is handled solely at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the Refund Window, email [email protected] with the subject line “Course Refund Request” and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the request (optional)

We will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility based on this Policy.

Refund Method

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider).

3. Refund Eligibility (Access Threshold)

Course Access Threshold (10%)

Refunds requested within the 14-day Refund Window are eligible only if no more than 10% of the course has been accessed.

How “Accessed” Is Measured

“Accessed” includes activity tracked by our platform, which may include (without limitation):

  • Lessons/modules marked as started or completed

  • Videos played (in full or in part)

  • Viewing/downloading course files, templates, or resources

  • Accessing protected course pages/content areas

If course access exceeds 10% within the 14-day Refund Window, refunds are generally not available, as the digital course materials and associated resources are deemed to have been substantially accessed.

Live Components / Mentorship / Community

Where your purchase includes live calls, webinars, direct mentor interaction, or community access, these elements may also be considered part of the course delivery. Refund eligibility remains subject to the 10% access threshold and the Refund Window in Section 2.

Payment Plans

If you purchased via a payment plan and a refund is approved under this Policy, the refund will be limited to the amount paid to date and returned to the original payment method. Future scheduled payments will be cancelled where applicable.

Special Offers or Guarantees

Any special offers, extended guarantees, or promotions will be stated explicitly at the time of purchase. They do not change this Policy unless clearly stated in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:

  • Requests after 14 days from the purchase date (except where a goodwill refund is granted under Section 2)

  • Course access exceeds 10% (as tracked by the platform)

  • Policy abuse, including repeated or excessive refund requests or attempts to exploit the Policy

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions, including illegal sharing of course materials or other prohibited activities

5. Technical Issues

Access or Platform Problems

If you experience technical issues accessing the course, contact [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds for Technical Faults

If a technical issue is on our side and remains unresolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or course credit may be offered at our discretion, even if the Refund Window has passed.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights, including where digital content is faulty or not as described.
